Oatmeal Apple Pancakes
Makes: Ten Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 Cup (250 ml) Whole Wheat Flour2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Bran
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Oats
Pinch of Salt
2 Teaspoons ( 10 ml) Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cups (375 ml) Natural Apple Juice
1 Cup (250 ml) Mashed Apple

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, and the mashed apples, in a bowl. Stir the Apple Juice into the mixture. Using a non-stick skillet, pour in enough mixture to cover the pan, and swirl it around to distribute evenly.Cook until the bottom starts to brown, then flip the pancake and cook the other side. Keep the cooked pancakes warm by covering the cooked ones with a cloth as you cook the others - unless they get eaten immediately by a hungry family!
